Pre-Construction Termite Treatment

This is commonly known as “pre-treats”.  We have a special Technician and truck that is equipped to give you the best service in the area.  We are capable of carrying 400 gallons of chemical, so no job is too big.  We are guaranteed to be on the jobsite within the hour of you calling in the request. 

The best way to protect your home is to spray the soil prior to construction.  We will protect the home for 1 year after the pre-treat and then offer you the full coverage contract at that time.
