Termite Control Packages

Here at Fon’s, we want you to have peace of mind that your home is free and clear of the termites that can literally destroy it. 

Your homeowner’s insurance does not protect against termite damage and the damage caused by termites can be millions so why not protect your home AGAINST TERMITES as you do against fire, wind, flood, and theft?

Your home is one of your largest investments so why wait to put it under contract with us?  Your annual renewal is less than half of the cost of flood insurance a year and most likely less than one month’s premium of homeowner’s insurance.

DON’T LEAVE YOUR BIGGEST INVESTMENT OF TIME, MONEY, AND MEMORIES TO CHANCE WITHOUT TERMITE PROTECTION COVERAGE.

FULL COVERAGE CONTRACT

The first step is to call the office and our Inspector will go out and do a thorough inspection of your home, free of charge.

If your home is free and clear of termites we will treat and issue you a contract.  If it is not free and clear, we are able to treat and then discuss with you further options.  

You will be covered and remain under warranty as long as you renew the contract every year and pay the annual renewal fee.  Every year we will come out and do an inspection to make sure you are free and clear of termites.

If you are under contract and it is discovered you have termites and it is determined that the damage was done by termites, we will cover the repair expense.  (Certain conditions apply, see full contract for details)

SERVICE CONTRACT

Service Contract works almost the same as the Protection Plan, however you would not be covered if termite damage was found.  We would treat every year and inspect as we do a full coverage, but we do not guarantee repair expense if termites are found.
