Mona has been a valued member of the Fon’s team since 2015, serving as Office Administrator. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and takes pride in helping ensure everything runs efficiently. She enjoys her work and especially appreciates the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and supportive team.
Outside of the office, Mona enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends and her puppy, Stella. Family, friendships, and creating meaningful moments are an important part of Mona’s life both inside and outside of work.

Kristy is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loves spending time with her family—and, whenever she gets the chance, enjoying a good nap!
Kristy has been a valued member of the Fon’s team since 2016. While her role involves many responsibilities, she primarily handles the day-to-day operations of the office, pest control clerical work, and Accounts Receivable. Her dedication, organization, and commitment to keeping things running smoothly make her an important part of the Fon’s family.
Outside of work, Kristy enjoys making memories with the people she loves most and cherishes every opportunity to spend time with her family.

Helen has been a valued member of the Fon’s team since June 2019. As our Receptionist, she is often the friendly voice and welcoming face of the office, while also lending a hand wherever she is needed.
Helen considers it a “blessing” to be part of Fon’s and especially appreciates the close-knit relationships she has built with her coworkers. In her words, “The girls in the office are like family. This company is solid and going strong, and I am so glad to be a part of it.”
Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and genuine care for her coworkers and customers make Helen an important part of the Fon’s family.

Tina has been a valued member of the Fon’s team since July 7, 2007. With years of experience and dedication, she currently manages Termite Contracts and WDIRs, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers and team.
Tina truly enjoys being part of Fon’s and appreciates the close-knit environment she gets to be a part of every day. She says the people she works with have become like family, and she is proud to be part of a company she has enjoyed growing with for so many years.
